ServiceRecord for organizations
Give your veterans the decoder as a benefit.
The moment a veteran opens a confusing VA letter is the moment a percentage-fee claim company is most likely to reach them. Sponsor ServiceRecord for your veteran employees or members and they hold a calm, cited, flat-fee alternative instead, while your organization never sees a document or a name.
Who sponsors it
Employers of Veterans
Veteran employees read their VA letter at their desk instead of taking a day off to chase answers.
Unions & Locals
A member benefit that shows up the day a denial, debt or reduction letter lands.
Credit Unions & Banks
Many of your members are veterans. A decoder benefit keeps them away from percentage-fee claim companies.
Veteran-Serving Nonprofits
Members self-serve the decode, and your staff time goes to the hard cases.
What the sponsor gets
Covered Access for Your Members
Members reach a co-branded entry point and decode their letters at no cost to them. You cover it under one agreement.
Aggregate Reporting, Zero Identities
You see usage in aggregate, how many decodes, which letter types and funnel totals, and never a name, a document or who used it.
Flat Per-Member Pricing
Priced per eligible member per month and invoiced to you. No per-veteran checkout, no Stripe seat for your people, no percentage of anything.
The Same Charter, Unchanged
Your members get the identical grounded analysis: every claim cited, deadlines from their own letter, and a hard stop before any advice, rating prediction or lane recommendation, with free accredited help listed instead.
The data boundary is the whole point
Sponsorship changes who pays and nothing else. A member's letter is still read once, in memory, and discarded. The sponsor never receives a document, a name, an email or a record of who used the tool. All a sponsor ever sees is aggregate counts with no identifiers. If we couldn't keep that boundary, we wouldn't offer the channel.
How integration works
Rollout is light by design: a co-branded access path for your members, a per-member agreement, and a monthly aggregate report. The full technical and commercial model, from eligibility and co-branding to billing and the exact reporting schema, is written up in the integration spec.
